Refund Policy

Fresh items such as exotic fruits, exotic vegetables, and flowers are non-returnable due to any reason as they are highly perishable, though we transport it via air tight containers & ice pack to keep it safe & fresh. 

All items are considered sold once they are handed over at delivery. Customers are requested to check and verify the condition of the produce before accepting it, as we will not be able to take items back after delivery and no refund will be made available.
